Description
Work experience forms and instructions for filling out the forms are included for:
(a) employed workers
(b) self-employed workers
(c) union participants
The forms are fillable PDFs that the participant fills out and emails to their employer or clients. Employers and clients verify the work experience and email the forms to cpccertification@ascconline.org. After verification of the necessary 4500 hours of work experience, the participant will be considered a Craftsman.
You must login with your own username and password. Usernames determine the name printed on the certificate. If you do not have your own username, email ssnelson@ascconline.org.
